Cette vitamine, qui est au sens propre plus une hormone qu&rsquo;une vitamine, est n\u00e9cessaire pour une vaste majorit\u00e9 d&rsquo;infections virales et la litt\u00e9rature abondent \u00e0 ce sujet (voir r\u00e9f\u00e9rences plus bas).<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement, en l&rsquo;absence de traitement de la COVID-19, notre arme principale est de munir notre corps d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9fense (le syst\u00e8me immunitaire) tr\u00e8s efficace. Nous devrions donc arr\u00eater de stresser sur le fait d&rsquo;attraper ou non la COVID-19 et de se dire qu&rsquo;il y a de forte chance de nous l&rsquo;attraperons dans la prochaine ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>La question \u00e0 se poser maintenant est : si je deviens positif \u00e0 la COVID-19, comment puis-je faire pour diminuer la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des sympt\u00f4mes afin de ne pas me retrouver aux soins intensifs ? J&rsquo;ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9crit un <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.atplab.com\/blogs\/news\/responsabilite-immunitaire-individuelle\">article<\/a> \u00e0 ce sujet, mais je veux placer l&#8217;emphase sur notre responsabilit\u00e9 individuelle afin de s&rsquo;en sortir sans trop de sympt\u00f4mes et la vitamine D fait partie de la recette.<\/p>\n<p>Certaines \u00e9tudes \u00e9voquent m\u00eame le fait que d&rsquo;avoir de faibles niveaux sanguins de vitamine D augmenteraient vos chances de 19 fois de d\u00e9velopper une grande s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des sympt\u00f4mes (\u00e9tat critique). Plusieurs \u00e9tudes prospectives supportent l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 de la suppl\u00e9mentation en vitamine D et d&rsquo;autres \u00e9tudes transversales d\u00e9montrent la corr\u00e9lation entre de faibles niveaux sanguins de vitamine D et la s\u00e9v\u00e9rit\u00e9 des sympt\u00f4mes de la COVID-19 (voir \u00e9tudes plus bas).<\/p>\n<p>Alors en ce temps ensoleill\u00e9, profitez donc d&rsquo;une exposition quotidienne graduelle au soleil (ne pas d\u00e9passer l&rsquo;\u00e9ryth\u00e8me cutan\u00e9e, soit une l\u00e9g\u00e8re rougeur sur la peau) afin d&rsquo;augmenter votre synth\u00e8se de vitamine D.
